For those who have been invited by an exhibitor we will welcome you to an evening of food and drinks with an opportunity to socialise with industry friends.

Drinks reception will take place at 7pm with sit down for dinner being 7.30pm in The Morgannwg Suite.

We highly recommend you registering in advance to allow you to arrive at the show and get the maximum time with the exhibitors on the day. There will be the option to register when you arrive, but please be advised this will take a few minutes to complete.

Yes, there is parking available at the venue at no cost either.

There is no dress code for this event. We want anyone visiting to be comfortable and encourage you to do just that.

If you are joining us for the social dinner then please note this is a smart casual evening with no expectation of being suited booted and dressed for the red carpet.

When and where is the show?

The Welsh Pharmacy Trade Show returns for 2025 on Sunday 18th May 2025 between 11am and 6pm at The Vale Resort, Hensol.
