Badge Scanning Policy *

While you are at the event, you will visit a number of our exhibitors at their stands or attend a session sponsored by an exhibitor. By allowing your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, the exhibitor will have access to your name and contact information including name, email address and Pharmacy name in order for them to follow up with you post-event. If you do not want your details passed on to exhibiting companies, please refrain from having your badge scanned when visiting trade show stands.

Your badge will also be scanned at the main entrance to the event upon your arrival. This scan of your badge is for analytical health and safety purposes only and no data is transferred to any third parties.
